Prepare for the Fall Season
We had a great response to this program throughout June, and we're bringing it back for one final three-week block before school starts. It's an opportunity for committed players to sharpen their technical skills, improve their fitness, and head into the fall season feeling prepared.
Every session combines athletic development, technical training, and competitive game play. Players get hundreds of quality touches while making constant decisions in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
⚽ Technical training focused on dribbling, receiving, directional touch, passing, finishing, and juggling.
🏃 Athletic development through soccer-specific movement, agility, coordination, and change of direction.
🛡️ Decision making emphasizing body positioning and scanning.
🔥 Competitive environment with 1v1 battles, King of the Court and small-sided games.


Session Structure
To maximize learning, we repeat the same training theme for all three sessions each week (Tuesday–Thursday) before moving on to a new focus. This means less time learning new activities and more time getting quality repetitions, competing, and building confidence.
⚡ First 30 Minutes — Juggling & Fitness
Soccer tennis and juggling games to improve first touch and aerial control, followed by soccer-specific fitness.
⚽ Second 30 Minutes — Technical Focus
Weekly technical themes focused on receiving & passing, 1v1 attacking & defending, and possession.
🔥 Final 30 Minutes — Competitive Play
Scrimmages, King of the Court, and small-sided games in a high-intensity environment.

August 4–6 (Tue-Thu)
August 11–13 (Tue-Thu)
August 18–20 (Tue-Thu)
👥 Groups & Time
Two training groups will be offered:
Older Group: 2012–2014
Younger Group: 2015–12017
One group will train from 9:30–11:00 AM
The other group will train from 11:00 AM–12:30 PM
Groups and training times will be confirmed by August 1 to create the best possible groups based on age, level, and numbers.
