For the past three years, I’ve run this program every winter, and it’s become a favorite among Portland’s most committed young players. This year, we’re moving to the Mittleman Jewish Community Center’s indoor bubble — a bigger field that lets us train at full intensity and run up to 8v8 games.

Cage fútbol is the closest thing to street soccer — nonstop intensity where players sharpen technical skills, decision-making, and competitiveness in a fun, high-rep environment.

First 40 minutes — Technical Training

🧠 What We’ll Do Each Session

Thousands of high-quality reps in a fast-paced environment — no standing around.

Improve your body positioning, receiving, passing, directional touch, dribbling, skills, finishing, and defending.

Final 80 minutes — King of the Court

Cage football battles: 3 teams, first to 2 goals, max 5 minutes, winner stays on.

Physical, competitive, and creative — designed to replicate the street football of South America and Europe, where intensity, pressure, and quick decisions shape great players.
